GENERAL
Q: Where do you service?
A: We service Lake Macquarie and Greater Newcastle, including suburbs from Morisset through to Swansea around the lake, and across Newcastle south and west of the Stockton Bridge. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we’ll let you know.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Simple — hit the Get a Free Quote button on any page, fill in your details, and we’ll get back to you promptly. For larger jobs like strata or commercial contracts, we’ll arrange a time to come out and assess the property in person before providing a quote.
Q: Do you offer one-off jobs or only regular maintenance?
A: Both. We do one-off cleans, tidy-ups, and seasonal jobs as well as ongoing regular maintenance. Most of our clients do move to a regular schedule once they see the results — but there’s no pressure.
Q: How quickly can you start?
A: It depends on current scheduling, but we’ll always give you a clear timeframe when you get in touch. For urgent jobs, contact us directly by phone and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Q: Do you have a minimum job size?
A: We don’t have a strict minimum, but we’re best suited to regular maintenance work and larger one-off jobs. Get in touch and we’ll let you know if we’re the right fit.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Every property is different, so we don’t publish a standard rate. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the services required, and the frequency. We provide free, no-obligation quotes so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.
Q: Are there lock-in contracts?
A: For residential clients, no — there are no lock-in contracts. For strata and commercial clients, we typically work on scheduled maintenance agreements which provide consistency and priority scheduling, but we’ll always discuss this with you upfront.
Q: Do your prices change over time?
A: We review pricing periodically and will always give you advance notice of any changes. We believe in transparent, honest pricing — no nasty surprises.

Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer a full range of lawn and property maintenance services including lawn mowing and edging, whipper snipping, hedge and shrub trimming, garden bed maintenance and weeding, fertilising and weed control, green waste removal, strata and complex maintenance, commercial property maintenance, and NDIS and aged care services. Q: Do you do garden design or landscaping?
A: Our focus is on maintenance rather than landscaping or design. However, if you’re looking for recommendations we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Q: Can you handle large strata complexes?
A: Yes — strata and complex maintenance is our specialty. We currently service a wide range of strata and body corporate properties across Lake Macquarie and have the team and equipment to handle large sites reliably.
Q: Do you offer fertilising and weed control?
A: Yes. We offer fertilising and weed control treatments suited to the Lake Macquarie climate. This can be added to your regular maintenance schedule or booked as a standalone service.

Q: Do you work with NDIS participants?
A: Yes. We provide lawn and garden maintenance services for NDIS participants and work with plan managers and support coordinators directly. Get in touch and we’ll make the process as straightforward as possible.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Lawnscape Lake Macquarie carries full public liability insurance. You’re covered.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the work?
A: We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll come back and fix it — no arguments, no hassle.
Q: Will I get the same team each visit?
A: We do our best to keep consistency across your regular visits. With a team of six and three vehicles on the road, we’re well organised and aim to have familiar faces servicing your property.
Q: What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
A: We’ll reschedule as quickly as possible and keep you informed. Weather happens — we’ll always communicate with you rather than leave you guessing.
